OHP reported that two people died in car crashes last Sunday night.

Kevin Schulte of Lawton was killed in a car crash on Sunday night in Comanche County. The 37-year-old Schulte was driving his pickup north on Bethel Road too fast, lost control, and ended up hitting a tree. Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that Kevin was not wearing a set belt.
Schulte was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck at 11:42pm on Sunday.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that 33-year-old Okmulgee resident. Pamela Checotah, was the driver of a truck going west on 181 Street South in Tulsa near Lewis Avenue around 10:55pm on Sunday.

Checotah hit a tree after she drove off the roadway. Two other passengers were in the truck with her but Pamela was pronounced dead at the scene.

Passenger, Daniell Morgan, was transported to St. Francis Medical Center in Tulsa under critical condition. She had trunk, leg, internal, and head injuries from the crash.

The second passenger, Daniel Checotah, was not injured during the Tulsa crash.
