Around 1:25 am on Saturday morning, Jonathan Kinsey of Durant died in a single vehicle crash on US 70. Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that it occurred about five miles east of Durant.
The 21 year old died at the scene of the crash while the three passengers were left injured.
Oklahoma Troopers said that Kinsey had been text messaging when the accident occurred. His car left the road to the right, then jerked it to the left and ended up rolling. The driver, Jonathan Kinsey, was not wearing a seatbelt.
