Steven Buttrey, 42, of Bristow, Oklahoma was pronounced dead at the scene of this crash Tuesday night. The accident happened on State Highway 117 just west of 33rd Avenue W around 11:55pm.
Steven was driving his pickup eastbound on Oklahoma Highway 117, when he drove his truck off the roadway. He went off an embankment and hit a concrete wall. Troopers say that he was wearing a seatbelt when the crash occurred.
