Three children riding on an ATV in Oklahoma ended in tragedy for a little girl.

On April 30, Sadie Wilson was riding on an all-terrain vehicle with two other children down a private gravel road in Wagoner County. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the ATV crashed into a retaining wall around 5:20pm. The ATV flipped, landing on top of 7-year-old Sadie.

Sadie died at a Muskogee hospital later that night. 7-year-old Mia Brannon, the other passenger on the vehicle, and its driver, 11-year-old Skyler Wilson, were not harmed in the accident.

According to the patrol report, none of the children were wearing helmets at the time of the crash.
