Tuesday afternoon, at the Interstate 40 and Interstate 240 interchange, a single vehicle roll-over accident occurred. Oklahoma Highway Patrol stated that they are still investigating what caused this accident to occurr. Oklahoma Troopers did say that the passengers were not wearing seat belts and did get ejected from the car. It is still unclear as to how many people were in the car at the time of the Oklahoma City accident.
