The 25 year old woman, Miranda Brooke Jeanette Titsworth, was pronounced dead at the scene of a car crash on the Cimarron Turnpike. Troopers said this occurred just southeast of Hallett on Wednesday.
Miranda had been driving westbound in her 2007 Saturn when she crossed the median head on into oncoming traffic. Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a Toyota Camry going eastbound struck the Saturn around 5pm.
37 year old, Melvin Shupe, from Stillwater, Oklahoma was transported to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa by ambulance.
Both of the drivers did have their seat belts on and there were no passengers involved in this wreck.
