Back in May of this year, the Buxton Law Group showed that they were true “Warriors of Justice” when they won a heated battle against State Farm Insurance Agency. This is huge Bad Faith Insurance Trial that ended well for our client.
Billy Coyle was the one who brought the client to the stand and reenacted the whole situation. The client was originally charged with a DUI but was later dropped by Coyle.
After an hour of deliberations, the jury found in favor of the Buxton Law Group. The client was awarded $350,000 in actual and $350,000 in punitive damages.
Jim said he knew the case could be won if the jury heard from the client themseld. Jim’s parting words were as follows:
